Terms of Warranty

  1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery and is valid for 2 (two) years.

  2. The warranty applies to all goods, encompassing all parts of the product, guarding against production and installation errors and/or defective parts.

  3. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, the repair time is added to the warranty period, with a maximum repair duration of 20 working days. Notification of faults not handled by an authorized service station must be made to Weyron Technologies OÜ (the “SELLER”), its authorized dealer, agent, representative, importer, or manufacturer via telephone, email, registered mail, or other verifiable means. In case of a dispute, the burden of proof rests with the consumer.

  4. Repairs during the warranty period will address defects in materials and workmanship, including faulty installation, labor costs, spare parts, or other related issues. Authorized service centers of the respective brand will perform repairs under this warranty.

  5. Within the warranty period, if the product becomes defective:

    • up to a maximum of six (6) times, or

    • at least four (4) times within one year, or

    • six (6) times within the period specified by the manufacturer, producer, and/or importer from the product’s delivery date,
      and the defect cannot be repaired, the consumer will be entitled to a free replacement or a proportionate reduction in price.

  6. The warranty period for repaired or replaced goods is limited to the remaining warranty period of the originally purchased goods.

 
Exclusions – Free repairs and replacements will not apply in the following cases:

a. Malfunction due to methods contrary to the product’s instructions for use.
b. Destruction or alteration of serial numbers or warranty labels.
c. Evidence of prior unauthorized opening or repair, except by authorized service personnel.
d. Damage or scratching of external surfaces under the customer’s responsibility.
e. Defects caused by accessories or other devices used with the product.
f. Improper use, inadequate maintenance, or misuse.
g. Malfunction due to inadequate air supply, extreme environmental conditions, accidents, shocks, or electrical issues (e.g., voltage fluctuations).
h. Malfunction or damage during transportation not attributable to Weyron Technologies OÜ.
i. Malfunction caused by software, malware, or viruses.
j. Replacement of defective parts with parts not covered by the warranty.

Note: Accessories supplied with the product (e.g., bags, CDs, cables) are not covered by the warranty.

The determination of defects is based on a report issued by the authorized service department.

 

Terms of Return

  1. To initiate a return, please contact GosControls customer service immediately after receiving your order.

  2. Returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  3. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included with the return.

  4. Returns are accepted in the following cases:

    • defective items,

    • incorrect products received,

    • items damaged during shipping.

  5. Returns are not accepted for:

    • Custom-made products,

    • Products that manufactured upon customer order,

    • Personalized items,

    • Products not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations (as indicated in product listings).

  6. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  7. After notifying us, please ship the items back within 15 days.

  8. For approved return reasons (including defective items, incorrect products, or shipping damage), we will provide a return shipping code for free return. Contact our customer service to obtain this code before shipping.

  9. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

  10. Approved returns will be processed promptly, and the consumer will have the choice of:

  • a refund to the original payment method, or

  • a replacement product (if available).

  1. Certain items, as specified in product listings, may not be eligible for return. Customers are advised to review product details before purchase.

  2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, providing details and photos.
