Terms of Warranty

1. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery and the warranty period is 2 years.

2. The warranty applies to all goods, including all parts of the product (against production and installation errors and / or defective parts).

3. In case of malfunction within the warranty period, the repair time is added to the warranty period. The repair time of the product is a maximum of 20 working days. This period begins from the date of notification of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the goods to the authorized dealer of the goods, if the fault associated with the goods is not an authorized service station. 4. 9. The Ministry of Customs and Trade may intervene to protect the consumer and the General Directorate of Market Surveillance for problems that may arise in connection with the warranty certificate.
